Information about delivery of our products

We understand that our products are needed in a very critical period and on a short term. You must be able to rely on us. We are equipped for this and we do our very best to provide a reliable service in the countries available in our online store.
If a delivery is not possible, or time is too critical, we will discuss this and advise you to consider alternatives.
Your funeral ceremony may never be endangered!

Shipping in a Box

CHISTANN and related products are in stock and will be processed and shipped the same business day, provided the order has been received by us (paid and confirmed), before 12.00 hours that day (Custom YOURSTORY products may be send out the next day).

The products have been checked and are packed carefully in a neutral box. However, we advise you to inspect the box upon receipt and preferably also check the contents for any damage.

Free standard delivery in most EU countries - 3 to 5 working days

Our standard shipping is with a regular parcel service (GLS or equivalent). Those partners indicate a transition time of either 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on the destination country (see table below). Based on this we indicate our standard (free) delivery as 3 to 5 working days calculated from dispatch allowing some safety margin. An additional fee may apply to specific EU countries based on costs, will be presented during check-out.
A tracking number will be provided to follow/modify your delivery online.

Time critical delivery, opt for UPS Express (next business day)

Is a faster delivery required you can optionally choose the order dispatch using UPS Express.
The additional cost for this service is presented as an option at check-out when ordering your products. Please also have a close look at the Dispatch & Delivery table on this page.

Responsibility & Liability for delivery by our shipping partners

As soon as the shipment has been processed by the parcel service, we are dependent on that service provider. Please note that we are not responsible and liable for the unexpected loss or delay of delivery by third parties.
Of course we will do everything to help you in case of calamities.

We can arrange individual shipping to destinations outside the EU.
